New partner at UDON: Kikkoman

We are happy to inform you that we have reached an agreement with Kikkoman sauce, most popular soya brand in Japan and also the only soya that is produced through a natural fermentation process, without chemical additives.    From now on, Kikkoman will occupy a special place in all the tables of our restaurants, both in its normal form, perfect to combine with tempura and izakayas UDON and the low-salt form, especially suitable for people with hypertension.    We also hope to have more news related Kikkoman UDON on the next card.
