Welcome to our 10th Birthday!

It seems like yesterday when the March 16, 2004 we opened our first restaurant in UDON Born district of Barcelona. Since then, we have introduced a concept little known in the Spanish gastronomic map: Noodle Bar & Restaurant, imported directly from Japan and inspired by UDON Now with over 400 years of history.    During these 10 years we have grown gradually to create a large family with more than 21 restaurants across the country, including restaurants and franchisees own and more than 200 workers.
